Insurance is a financial services job and is an amazing long-term industry. While no business or industry is guaranteed; if you own a home, you must have home insurance, if you drive a car, you must have auto insurance.


*****THIS IS THE KEY*****Unlike most insurance jobs where you generate your own sales, we bring high-quality leads to you. Our internal marketing team creates a relentless flow of high-closing home and auto insurance leads. We could buy a nice home every month with what we spend in advertising. You will receive calls from people that will buy from you about 1 in 3 times. This is why #1 and #2 are possible. You don’t cold call, you don’t have to sell your friends and family, or any of those old school sales tactics. We bring legit people to you who absolutely must have the product you are selling; you solve their problem, we all win.


We can generate far more leads than we have people to sell them. This is why we need you. It’s not because people are leaving. They are not.


We teach the insurance business, the methodology, you just bring effort, energy, and enthusiasm to do what is best for the client. We have agents that are 18-70 years old with all levels of experience. Almost all had zero insurance experience when they started. Not that we hold it against you, but we do not require any industry experience.



Some Requirements


  • Clean Background
  • Stable work history
  • Must take the Texas Property & Casualty Insurance license (we teach the test)
  • Customer Service or Sales experience preferred but not required. Of our Top 10 agents, most were in college or doing work outside of the sales or insurance fields less than two years ago. Our best agents have drive, ambition and intelligence that overcomes their lack of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening.
  • Computer proficiency – must be versed in common systems like Outlook and internet browsers. Agents must be fast at navigating many windows, operating 3 screens on their work stations. If you struggle to navigate systems, you will not succeed here.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with co-workers from all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to work on-site at our facility I-10/Kirkwood (At home work is available for well established agents).
  • Continued employment in this position will be contingent upon obtaining and/or maintaining required agency credentials with state agencies as well as insurance carriers.
