I prefer to speak to someone to purchase any kind of insurance. Some terms are not clear unless you ask a representative about it. Mr. Frank Stone was excellent. He answered all my questions. Was very knowledgeable about our area and our needs. I appreciate his forthrightness and was pleasant to speak with. Thank you for the service.

I believe I spoke with Pedro and he was very helpful and polite. We talked for several minutes and explained what might be happening with my insurance company. We weren't members with TGS but Pedro was able to direct my calls and concerns with the correct company. He said he would work some quotes up while I contacted the correct people. I called Pedro back and let him know I would be switching over to TGS and he walked me through the process quickly within a few minutes. Everything was handled over the phone w/out issues.
