A RATE-STABLE RENEWAL WITH TGS INSURANCE

Our hope is that your renewal offer rate is stable and any changes are consistent with the marketplace. It's best to keep your current carrier, all things being equal. If our analysis determines that your renewal offer fits this criteria, you will get our "All-Good" text message that looks something like the message on the phone.

RATES ARE UP, LET'S TALK OPTIONS

While the industry is forecasting more stability than 2022-23, rate spikes could still happen. When we see this, we will reach out with a "Need to Talk" text message that looks something like the message on the phone.


This message will be immediately followed by a link to schedule a time to receive a call from your Account Manager. You can schedule this meeting for a time of your convenience, respond to the text message to start a conversation, or just call us. It is your choice when and how, but we do need a few minutes of your time to review your situation and recommend a course of action. That could mean switching carriers, or adjusting the current policy to mitigate the changes.
